Appointment
Booking / Beauty Salon Management
Customer appointments can be handled at the cash register (or anywhere on
the network) for visiting beauty or health care specialists (or any
visiting company representative).
Automatic
Discounts
Single or multiple discounts can be automatically controlled at the cash
register, with set maximum discounts for individual products. Settlement
discounts can be utilized, encouraging customers to pay their accounts on
time.
Credits
/ Returned Stock
Damaged, faulty or returned items can be accepted back into stock or
individually written off for credit at the cash register. Damaged or
faulty stock items are then automatically tracked back to the original
invoice where a credit is then raised against the supplier.
Customer
Accounts
Easy access to account customers is available, with the following
features:
** Identify which account customers are also Club members, with the
option of sharing one account number
** Identify by surname or account number in the same search box
** Initial or current balances can be raised, with multiple accounts of
each customer
** Customer visit analysis is available, per number of visits, $ spent
per visit or date range identification of top customers or inactive ones
** A uto freezing at account when the balance is 30,60,90, 90+ days over
due
Deliveries
POS Master offers the ability to scan incoming goods and show any
discrepancies gainst the original invoice.
GST Compliant
GST can be assigned to departments or sub-departments, suppliers,
manufacturers or
selected items. Departments can print their own GST and shelf labels.
Lay-By
& Hire
These options are available with multiple facilities, such as extended or
returned hires and automatic readjustment of charges.
Loyalty Club
POS Master has a uniquely designed Loyalty Club Management Program with
unlimited customer club facilities. Access is via alpha numeric, number
or key entry, or by customer card scanning. Accumulated Loyalty Club
points are displayed at the register, as well as on printed docket
receipts, allowing members to take advantage of their accumulated points
and apply them to their current purchases instantly!
Member information
such as frequency of visits, $ spent, top or inactive members and
individual's purchases, points and rewards can be easily obtained.
Management
You can easily manage your account and cash customers at the cash
register with theability to sell, inquire and receipt payments from any
terminal on the network.
Multi-Store
Stock can be electronically transferred between stores with GST (tax) or
non-GST invoicing. It will allow a check and update of your business at
any location. View comparison stock level figures from all sites,other
stores,on screen before makingpurchase decisions. This provides you with
Total Management control.
Price
File Maintenance
Selected stock price updates can be provided on diskette or downloaded to
your system.
You will have the option to select wholesalers and agency lines to be
automatically
downloaded from the Internet.

Pointing
POS Master offers the facility to modify retail prices on a global basis
or by supplier,department, sub-department, individual or group items with
one easy keystroke.
For example, all lipsticks could be easily and simply reduced or
increased by 10% or 10c

and Shelf Label Printing
The POS Master system enables the queuing of "labels" and
therefore allows them to be printed on any designated printer on the
network. The system will allow the labels to be queued by the person
checking the delivery dockets against the purchase orders.
Promotional
Pricing
You will have the ability to tailor promotions to suit every possible
store requirements. You can set time, date, and promotion duration
messages to display on cash registers.
For example, "Special - Buy One Get One Free" or, "Buy one
$10.00, two $9.50, three $9.10"...etc.
Ordering
Out of stock items can be automatically referred to 2nd, 3rd or unlimited
preferred alternative suppliers. The system also has the ability to scan (receipt
in) invoiced goods and show any discrepancies against their original
invoice. To capture irregularities at the register, there is an
electronic audit trail.
'Special' orders and
requests for non-regular items can be entered at the register and automatically
added to your orders file.
Sales
Performances
Sales performance data can be easily accessed covering the following
areas - departments, sub-departments, manufacturers, suppliers,
description and price range of various items, profits, group reports,
sales figures, sales graphs, products and daily traffic.
