Accuracy,
efficiency, stability, back-up support and happy staff, are important benefits
to the business and myself. While there were less expensive alternative
POS systems on the market, the success of POS Master in improving our
operational efficiency and general profitability have well and truly
validated our investment.
 We spent more than a year
investigating every major pharmacy POS system available, and came to the
conclusion that POS Master was the most suitable, flexible and open-ended
system on the market. Our faith in the product is such that we are
nearing completion of a program to install POS Master in all of our
pharmacies.
At our main pharmacy, Fullife Mill Park (which is owned by myself, Helen
and Bill Scott) we run 6 registers and 7 look up terminals that run the
front of shop sales as well as 6 dispense terminals, each running
Fred/Winifred. Stock control is accurate, as is the flexible ordering
module.
Every week we handle
a significant volume of customers and club transactions, all of our
orders, credits, inter-store transfers and returns. I have a strong
interest in business management, so reporting is of major interest to me.
The range of reports and auditing available with POS Master covers every
area that I could conceivably be interested in, and is driven by
practical requests for the users themselves-a major benefit.
I expect a lot from
our Point of Sale System, and the team at POS Master is always supporting
me behind the scenes by offering programming solutions to our operational
problems. I have also appreciated their quick turn-around and general cooperation
from their programmers and support crew.
I recommend anyone wanting more control over their business and desiring
to increase overall profitability to seriously consider POS Master as
