 Since our installation of POS
MASTER in October 1999 we have become increasingly aware of and delighted
with the success of our investment and the power of the POS MASTER system
to deliver great benefits to our business. We have found it to be a very
powerful system with many excellent features, while still being easy and
intuitive to use.
At T. J's suggestion
we upgraded to the SQL version in November 2001 and are even more
impressed at how the improved robustness of this system delivers.
The team at POS
MASTER have been very attuned to two of the major underpinning
fundamentals of our fullife Pharmacy - the first being ClubFullife and
the second being local area marketing. The Clubs software allows us to
deliver the best loyalty club in Australia via the best, most
receptive system. Club customer cards scan for accuracy and the
customer is kept up-to-date with their reward bonuses. We now have very
powerful reporting tools that allow us to target the customers we wish to
market to for specific promotions. This allows for VERY cost effective
marketing.
We thank the team at POS MASTER for welcoming our input and ideas on
improvements and refinements, and for being responsive to them. They show
commitment and dedication in constantly striving to improve their
product. We were particularly grateful when they created our requested
enhancements on Default Markups and Price Pointing. Their system now
delivers us total control over our pricing. It is very reassuring to have
