 Hi , My
name is Patrick Bettridge. I have been using the Postmaster system since 1999.
In this time the system has evolved into a system that I am very happy
about. Tj and his team have put a great deal of effort into the system.
Posmaster suits us as it delivers the information that we need as a
Fullife pharmacy.
The new stocktaking
program is brilliant as it is live and instant. This is great in a busy
pharmacy where inventory control is important.
Posmaster also
handles our loyalty club and the information from this, is a great
advantage in marketing. Postmaster is an integrated system in that our
appointment program for our salon (written by Tj and crew) and dispense
program are linked.
This makes dealing
with clients, scripts and sales a real breeze. All in all I feel it is a
system that is always looking to improve and that is something that is

 Since upgrading to POS Master
SQL version we have found an overall increase in our efficiency,
productivity and customer satisfaction.
The SQL version has been able to provide us with accurate recording and
reporting mechanisms that assist in the development of our Business
Plans.
